TruPunch 2000

The TruPunch 2000 is a CNC punch press designed for precision punching, forming, and threading of sheet metal in both single-piece and series production. Its robust frame construction, combined with precise linear guides, ensures high positional accuracy and production repeatability.

  • Sheet metal forming (embossing, stiffeners, thread forming)

TruPunch 3000 - automated

The TruPunch 3000 is a combined punching and laser machine that combines precision punching with the flexibility of a 3 kW fiber laser in a single unit. It thus enables cost-effective production of even highly complex sheet metal parts with arbitrary contours in a single setup. In addition to punching and laser cutting, it also handles forming, thread cutting, stamping, marking, and engraving. 

The machine is designed for high productivity and high-quality, burr-free parts, while the SheetMaster Compact and SortMaster Compact automation systems ensure automatic sheet feeding and the removal and sorting of finished parts without operator intervention.
